Advertising in our Newsletter

If you would like to place an article in our newsletter, whether it be to advertise an event or your business' services, please download our order form and fax or post it back to us. On receipt of the completed form we will process your order.

It costs just £50 plus VAT (or £25 plus VAT for registered charities) to place an article in the newsletter. Each article in the newsletter comprises the following:

  1. A 200-300 word article about your event, business, offer etc.
  2. A high quality JPG (or similar) version of your company's logo.
  3. You may also wish to include a photograph, for example, of your venue, speaker, product or premises. (optional)
  4. Contact information you would like us to include (for people to request further information etc.).

All information must be sent to us electronically.

The deadline for article submissions is usually 5 working days before the newsletter is distributed (which is usually on the 1st of every month). Copy deadlines are announced in the newsletter.

Please note that the running order of the newsletter is decided by the order in which we receive completed forms - therefore there is an advantage in placing your order early.

Banner Advertising

Banner ads appear throughout our website and are displayed on a loop. This means that they are distributed randomly across the pages. On average our website receives over 2,500 unique visitors (or 15,000 hits) every month, so this represents an excellent advertising opportunity for your company. A banner ad costs just £35 plus VAT per calendar month.

Banner ads must be 125 x 125 pixels and must be in jpeg or gif format. For accessibility reasons, we are unable to accept animated banners. Don't have a banner? If you don't have a banner we will be happy to create one for you at a small additional charge.
