Manchester City FC Hospitality
THE latest chapter in the evolution of Manchester City Football Club has kicked off - with a new website detailing the Blues' hospitality facilities.
The club believes that the website is the first in the Premiership to allow its customers to book all their matchday hospitality needs online while also providing them with immediate confirmation.
A ten per cent discount is being offered throughout February to businesses booking hospitality using the online service. Customers are being invited to look around the City of Manchester Stadium using online video footage showcasing each of the venue's suites.
The club has recently refurbished its boardroom suite as well as its VIP pitch side seating.
The City of Manchester Stadium has 70 luxury executive boxes offering unrivalled views of the pitch.
David Chell, Manchester City's head of sales, said: "Consumers can book almost anything online these days, so it was only natural we wanted to add matchday hospitality to the list.
"We strive to stay ahead of the competition in every aspect of our offer but most importantly we want to deliver an unforgettable experience for every guest who walks through our doors, on and off match days."
Mr Chell added that customer satisfaction for `overall matchday experience' at the stadium has increased from 72 per cent in 2005-6 to 94 per cent at the end of the 2008-9 season.
The Blues' stadium is a venue for major sporting events such as the UEFA cup final, as well as pop concerts and commercial and social events.
