Manufacturing Institute

How much are inefficient business processes costing your business?

The lean methodologies that have revolutionised manufacturing production are increasingly transforming office environments, from banks and manufacturing back offices to hospitals and government departments.

Organisations getting 'lean office' right are achieving:

  1. Improved response to customers - a key competitive edge
  2. Lower costs and higher productivity
  3. Improved quality through fewer errors and the elimination of re-working

As economic conditions toughen you cannot afford to ignore the scope to use lean to transform your organisation.

The Lean Office Masterclass on the 27 November 2008 will demonstrate the huge and largely untapped potential for improvement in your organisation and some of the practical steps you can take to transform your business processes through lean.

***Book before the 7 November 2008 and 3 delegates can attend for the price of 2***
