Mentor Corporate Coaching

Mentor Corporate Coaching

Gillian

In today's competitive climate the performance of your staff is key.  Getting the best from them every day can require specialist coaching skills.  What you need is breakthrough results in record time.  The Mentor coaching and development process centres around the concept of 'spaced learning' allowing participants to experience a programme over a number of weeks. Mentor's strong approach to coaching is combined with a unique ability to take people to a level that they wouldn't normally get to on their own.  They empower, instil accountability and build confidence and more importantly, get results.

Throughout the year Mentor Corporate Coaching Ltd hold a series of free business seminars which give companies and business people the chance to come along and sample the 'Mentor experience' and see what we do and how we do it.  These seminars are highly enjoyable, interactive and useful.  If you believe that you and/or your senior team ought to be getting better results by making breakthroughs in performance then you should come along!  The Agenda covers: Memory, Time Management, Empowerment, Coaching and Measuring yourself and your team.  The next series of seminars are as follows:-

  • Holiday Inn, Ellesmere Port - Tuesday, 2 September 08
  • Cresta Court Hotel, Altrincham - Wednesday 24 September 08
  • The Dunkenhalgh Hotel, Accrington - Tuesday 7 October 08
